Terms of Sale
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.
Product information. We sell holistic/heritage foods and related goods. Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page and label. Actual color, size, or packaging may vary slightly from photos.
Health & wellness disclaimer. Our products and content are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or with medical conditions.
Pricing & availability. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel orders that arose from incorrect pricing or stock issues.
Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Processing time. Orders typically process in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Pre‑orders or made‑to‑order items may require additional time noted on the product page.
Shipping methods. We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Available options and rates are shown at checkout. We currently ship to addresses in United States; we do not ship to PO boxes where prohibited by carriers.
Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our facility.
Delivery times. Carrier transit times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspection window. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, leaking, contaminated, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a brief description.
Resolution. After verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We may ask you to keep the item for carrier inspection or to dispose of it safely.
Returns & Refunds
Because many of our goods are food or ingestible products, we follow strict safety rules:
Food & ingestibles. For safety and regulatory reasons, all edible products (including sealed items) are final sale and not eligible for return unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective (see Section 3).
Non‑food items (e.g., accessories, tools, merch). Unused, unopened, resalable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item.
How to start a return. Email hello@soothyholisticfood.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain authorization and a return address/RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges. If you’d like a different non‑food item, please place a new order and process your eligible return per above.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Order edits. We begin processing quickly. We can attempt to cancel or edit your order (including address changes) if you contact us at hello@soothyholisticfood.com within 1 hour of placing it. Once processing has begun or a label has been created, we cannot guarantee changes.
Refused/undeliverable packages. If an order is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect/insufficient address, we can reship (additional postage may apply). If you prefer a refund for non‑food items, we’ll deduct original shipping and any carrier return fees.
Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
Marked delivered, not received. First, check with household members and neighbors. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number to open an inquiry. If unresolved, email hello@soothyholisticfood.com so we can assist.
Carrier claims. We’ll support reasonable claims, but please note we are not responsible for packages after the carrier marks them delivered to the address provided at checkout.
